Foiled Again

This is a card I made for two challenges: StampTV Kit Addicts - Sparkle and Shine and StampTV MIUM - This or That. We had to use vellum or an embossing folder on our card.

I had the negative piece of foil left over from last week's card so I used some double sided tape, covered a piece of cardstock and adhered the foil to it. This left me with sticky parts where the flowers are so I used some glitter to give some sparkle. I was also left with lines between the strips of tape so I decided that I was going for a striped look!

I used a frame embossing folder on a piece of cardstock, inked the frame part with VersaMark, heat embossed it and added some pink glitter to make the frame stand out. I matted it, attached it to a white card base and added the foiled layer.

I stamped the sentiment and cut it out with a square die by partially cutting one side and then moving it over and partially cutting the other side. I popped it up with some foam squares.

I used the following supplies:
Gina K. Designs: Made With Love stamp set
Foiling element from Sending Love StampTV kit
Heidi Swapp Light Pink Minc foil

Sookwang tape
VersaMark ink
Memento Tuxedo Black ink
Warm Highlight Crystal Glitter Ritz
Spring set Cuttlebug embossing folder
Cottage Cutz Stitched Square set die
white and pink cardstock, clear embossing powder, pink glitter, foam squares from my stash
