Happy card

Today I have a card that I made for the Mod Squad Challenge - The Rainbow Connection. This one is fairly obvious - we had to have the colours of the rainbow on our card.

I raided my scrap folder and punched each colour with a border punch. I adhered them onto a white piece of cardstock. I stamped the sentiment with VersaMark ink and embossed with a siver embossing powder. It seemed like a good sentiment to use because rainbow colours always make me happy!

I attached a piece of ribbon, matted with black and attached it to a white card base. A quick and easy card.

Here are the supplies I used:

Gina K. Designs Massive Messages stamp set
                            Black Onyx 5/8" ribbon
                            White and Black cardstock
VersaMark ink
Martha Stewart Sterling embossing powder
Recollections border punch
Scraps from my stash

  1. Sorry you are having trouble uploading your card. It does say that the challenged is closed, but it shouldn't be, it's not quite noon yet. I will make sure your card is included, it's beautiful and absolutely meets the criteria for the challenge. Great idea to use the punch for each color, that is genius!!!
