1-2-3 Glitter card

I made this card for the Release Party Challenge on StampTV and also the Stamp TV weekly challenge 1-2-3...Make Your Own Recipe.

For the release challenge, we had to use glitter. For the 1-2-3...Make Your Own Recipe, we had to use 1 of something, 2 of something and 3 of something but the 'somethings' were up to us. I chose 1 piece of ribbon, 2 patterned papers and 3 little star sequins.

For the focal image, I stamped the image, coloured it, used a VersaMarker to add watermark ink, embossed it with sticky embossing powder and added the glitter. I stamped the sentiment underneath and matted it with a scalloped oval. Both the white oval and the scalloped oval were from a Gina K. Designs prize pack that I won.

I cut the 2 patterned papers to fit the background, adhered the ribbon and attached it to a white card base. I popped the focal image up with foam squares and glued on the star sequins.

I used the following products:

Gina K. Designs: Stamp set: A Gift for You; Patterned Paper: Cold Snap; oval die cuts
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, VersaMarker
Spectrum Noir Markers: LG5, DR2 and TB5
Ranger Sticky Embossing Powder
Crystal Glitter Ritz - Warm Highlights
Kuretake ZIG glue pen
from my stash: foam squares, ribbon, star sequins
