Spring Flowers

I decided to make another card for the StampTV Monthly Mix challenge - Spring or Easter Themed card. My crocuses are in full bloom now and add a welcome splash of colour to my garden. I am also entering this in the Simon Says Stamp Monday challenge - Flower Power.

This is another one layer card but it took a little longer to make since there was a lot of masking. I started by masking off the center part of the card. I then stamped the flowers and leaves, masking over the first ones to stamp the later ones. Then I stamped the sentiment and added the rhinestones.

Supplies used:
Gina K. Designs: Made With Love and Sending Love stamp sets
Dusty Rose, Wild Dandelion, Wild Lilac, Grass Green and Jelly Bean Green ink
                            White cardstock
Memento Tuxedo Black ink
Inkadinkado Stamping Mask paper
rhinestones from my stash

Spring Card

I made this card for the StampTV Monthly Mix challenge - Spring or Easter Themed Card and the Mod Squad challenge - Simply Clean.

This is another one layer card that is clean and simple. I stamped the images on a piece of heavy weight cardstock by Gina K. Designs. I love this cardstock because when I coloured the images with alcohol markers, they didn't bleed through to the other side. I stamped the sentiment and the card was finished! Quick and easy.

I used the following supplies:
Gina K. Designs: Sending Love, Especially for You stamp sets
                            Applemint, Peach Bellini ink
                            White Heavy Base Weight Cardstock
Memento Tuxedo Black ink
Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers: AG2, CT1, CT3, CT4, GB6, True Black

Pastel Spring card

Yesterday we had a little snowstorm, but last week my crocuses were up and the flowers were open. They were the inspiration for this card. I am entering it in the following challenges:

I used a stamp positioner that I've had for a few years to make the circle shape with the flowers and leaves, using some pastel colours. I added the sentiment in the middle and the card was finished! I stamped right on the card base so I just had to fold it in half once I had finished stamping. I love Clean and Simple (CAS) cards because they are so quick and easy.

I used the following supplies:
Gina K. Designs: Made With Love Stamp set
Applemint, Ocean Mist, Bubblegum Pink, Lovely Lavender, Sweet Corn ink
                            White Heavy Base Weight cardstock
VersaFine Onyx Black ink
Inkadinkado Circle Stamping Gear

Vibrant Spring Card

I made this card for a few challenges. Gina K. Designs had a new release last week and have a Release challenge - Vibrant Glow, and the new StampTV Monthly Mix challenge is to make a Spring or Easter themed card. I am very happy to say Hello to Spring! I am also entering it in the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge - Anything Goes, and the Simon Says Stamp Monday challenge - A Trio of Something (I have 3 rhinestones).

I stamped the flower image twice and coloured it with alcohol markers. I matted it with black before attaching it to a white card base. I stamped the sentiment, matted it with black, added a few heart shaped rhinestones and added it to the card.

I used the following supplies:
Gina K. Designs Rose Bouquet Stamp set
Spectrum Noir: Ultra Smooth Premium White Cardstock
                          Alcohol markers PV4, BP7, BP2, BP1, AG5, AG3, AG1
Memento Tuxedo Black ink
black cardstock and rhinestones from my stash
